Production time

Standard production is about 2 weeks from the moment you approve your mockup (faster turnaround available with express shipping). Production does not begin until approval, so the clock starts when you say yes, not when you first enquire.

Placemats are supplied in four distinct constructions — single-service printed paper, laminated wipe-clean, solid or woven vinyl, and textile or coated-fabric settings — and the intended service conditions, including whether heated service ware is placed directly on the mat, are established before quotation because the constructions are not interchangeable; laminated constructions are produced with sealed or radiused perimeter edges incorporating a bonded margin beyond the printed area and with radiused corners, on the stated basis that moisture ingress at an unsealed cut edge causes delamination, and laminated products are expressly not represented as heat resistant; vinyl constructions are supplied as single-material products without laminate interfaces, and where woven vinyl is specified the customer is shown a sample of their own artwork on the woven substrate before production because woven surfaces reduce fine detail; textile and coated-fabric settings are supplied with felt or equivalent backing and are decorated by debossing or blind embossing in preference to surface printing; two-sided activity products are printed with deliberately reduced ink coverage on the activity face so that applied crayon or pencil remains legible; quantities are quoted per cover rather than per table; and programme customers’ templates, per-site data, materials, dimensions, edge specifications and colourways are held on file so that reorders and seasonal artwork changes match previous production exactly.

Express turnaround

If you are working to an opening, a wedding or an event date, tell us the date when you request the quote. Express turnaround is available on most products and we will confirm in writing whether your date is achievable before you pay.

Delivery

Orders ship from the United States by ground carrier, with transit typically running 2–5 business days depending on distance. You receive tracking as soon as the shipment leaves. Expedited air service is available on request.

Addresses and split shipments

Double-check your shipping address before approval — carriers charge to redirect a shipment in transit and we pass that cost through at cost. We can split one order across multiple locations; just tell us the breakdown when you order.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking stalls or a carton arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will open the carrier claim and reprint or refund the affected portion. You do not have to deal with the carrier yourself.
